balsamic tilapia

I've been trying to incorporate more fish into our diet.  So, tonight I found a marinade that sounded yummy.  It turned out pretty good.

4 fish fillets-I used tilapia, but any white fish could be used

For the glaze:
3 TB balsamic vinegar
3 TB soy sauce
3 TB honey
2 TB olive oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper

The method:
Place the four fillets in a ziploc bag.
Mix everything together and pour it over the fish.
Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Place fish in a greased 13 by 9 dish.
Pour the remaining marinade over the fish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
